Our story

Industry know-how, small-business service.

Rooted in a hands-on waste business in Florida, our founders bring 30+ years of combined industry experience to every restaurant we serve, now nationwide. We started Restaurant Waste Services in 2026, with partners in Connecticut and Florida, to put that experience to work for restaurants. We know how hauler pricing works and where the extra charges hide, and we use that to negotiate the best rates possible.

We're a small, founder-run company. When you reach out, you talk to the people responsible for your account, not a rotating support team. We keep things simple, we're honest about what we can save you, and we pick up the phone.

FAQ

Common questions

What does the free audit cost?

Nothing. You send a recent invoice, we review it and tell you what we find. There's no obligation to sign up.

How do you get paid?

Our approach is to be paid from a share of the savings we find for you. If we don't save you money, you don't owe us anything.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract with you?

No. We don't lock you in. We'd rather keep your business by doing a good job.

Will my pickups change?

Only if it helps. We schedule around your service hours and coordinate any switch so there are no gaps.

Do you only work with restaurants?

Yes. Restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries, and food service kitchens are all we do.

Where do you operate?

We're based in Connecticut and Florida and serve restaurants nationwide, working with local haulers in each market. Reach out wherever you are and we'll tell you honestly if we can help.

Who is behind Restaurant Waste Services?

Two founders, one in Connecticut and one in Florida, with 30+ years of combined experience in the waste industry and roots in a hands-on waste business in Florida. We started Restaurant Waste Services in 2026 to bring that experience to restaurants nationwide.
